随班就读教师课程调整量表的编制

摘要 为了解我国随班就读教师课程调整的现状,编制随班就读教师课程调整量表并进行信效度检验。采用文献回顾和半结构访谈法,拟定初始量表。在北京市各城区随机选取245名随班就读教师进行预调查,随机选取315名随班就读教师进行正式调查。结果发现,随班就读教师课程调整量表包括3个维度,分别为课程目标调整、课程过程调整和课程评价调整,共计20个题项;量表的Cronbach’s Alpha系数为0.953,各维度累积贡献率为63.83%;验证性因素分析显示该量表具有较好的构念效度。因此,该量表具有良好的信效度,可以用于随班就读教师课程调整现状的调查与评价。 This paper aims to develop the Curriculum Adjustment Scale and test its reliability and validity.The scale was initially built through literature review and expert consultation method.A total of 231 teachers in regular school were selected to conduct pilot investigation.A total of 302 teachers in regular school received formal investigation.Results showed that the scale consisted of3 dimensions and 20 items,includingadjustment of curriculum aim,adjustment of curriculum process,adjustment of curriculum evaluation.Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.953,and accumulative contribution rate of three dimension was 63.83%,Confirmatory factor analysis showed the scale had good construct validity.This scale has been proved reliable and valid and can be used for curriculum adjustment of teacher in regular school assessment.
