摘要
【目的】Meta分析MicroRNA-499诊断AMI的价值。【方法】检索PubMed、Embase和Cochrane图书馆直到2019年出版的诊断性临床试验,并结合相关研究的参考文献列表进行了手动检索。按照纳入及排除标准进行筛选,评价文献质量,提取所需数据。【结果】包括3887名参与者在内的16项研究纳入了此次Meta分析。合并敏感度(sensibility,SEN)=0.86[95%CI(0.73,0.93)],合并特异度(specificity,SPE)=0.94[95%CI(0.90,0.97)],受试者工作特征曲线(symmetric receiver operator characteristic curve,SROC)下面积(area under the symmetric receiver operator characteristic curve,AUC)=0.97[95%CI(0.95,0.98)],合并阳性似然比(positive likelihood ratio,PLR)=14.94[95%CI(8.36,26.70)],合并阴性似然比(negative likelihood ratio,NLR)=0.15[95%CI(0.07,0.31)],不对称漏斗图Deek回归检验表示无明显发表偏倚(t=1.32;P值=0.21)。【结论】microRNA-499是诊断AMI的可靠生物标志物。
【Objective】To evaluate the value of microRNA-499 in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)by meta analysis.【Methods】The diagnostic clinical trials published in PubMed,Embase and Cochrane libraries until 2019 were searched,and the reference list of related studies were searched manually.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria for screening,the quality of literatures was evaluated and the required data were extracted.【Results】A total of 16 studies and 3887 participants were included in this meta analysis.The combined sensitivity(Sen)was equal to 0.86[95%CI(0.73,0.93)].The combined specificity(Spe)was 0.94[95%CI(0.90,0.97)].The area under the symmetric receiver operator characteristic curve(SROC)(AUC)was 0.97[95%CI(0.95,0.98)],and the combined positive likelihood ratio(PLR)was 14.94[95%CI(8.36,26.7)].The combined negative likelihood ratio(NLR)was 0.15[95%CI(0.07,0.31)].The Deek regression test of asymmetric funnel diagram showed that there was no obvious bias(t=1.32,P value=0.21).【Conclusion】MicroRNA-499 is a reliable biomarker for the diagnosis of AMI.
