摘要
采矿工程专业是一门实践性较强的学科,而矿山实践学习却存在着学习周期长、危险性大、实践地点单一的问题,并受到来自人力、财力、物力和矿山现场条件等诸多方面限制。这使得目前采矿工程专业毕业生对矿山实际生产不够了解,专业自信和兴趣较为缺失,就业后需较长时间才能胜任工作。在传统的矿山实践学习中进行创新是改善和解决上述问题的关键。东北大学采矿工程创新实验班生产实习采用了分组交替实习和传统实习结合的方法,9天时间在莱州-招远一带,对三家黄金集团的六座矿山进行了深入的实践学习,学习实效性较强。
The mining engineering profession is a highly practical discipline,while the mine practice learning has the problems of long learning cycle,high risk and single practice location,and is subject to many limitations from manpower,financial resources,material resources and mine site conditions.This makes the current mining engineering graduates have insufficient understanding of the actual production of the mine,lack of professional confidence and interest,and it takes a long time to win after employment.Innovating in traditional mine practice learning is the key to improving and solving the above problems.Northeastern University Mining Engineering Innovation Experimental Class Production Intern adopts a combination of new internships and traditional internships.It took nine days to conduct in-depth practical study of the six mines of the three gold groups in the Laizhou-Zhaoyuan area.The learning effectiveness is strong.
