基于“双导师制”的口腔医学专业硕士研究生培养模式初探——以广州医科大学附属口腔医院为例 被引量:5

摘要 专业硕士研究生教育质量是高层次人才培养中所面临的亟待解决的新的重大课题。导师在医学专业硕士研究生的培养方面肩负着重要的责任,在专业教学与住院医师规范化培训并行的新时代,也是培养合格、同质化住院医师的重要保障。我院在口腔医学专业硕士研究生的培养中探索性引入双导师制培养模式,以硕士研究生为主体,结合学生需求给予相关专业临床方面及科研方面的有力指导,为学生临床能力和科研能力的培养提供保障。文章以我院口腔医学专业学位研究生的双导师制培养模式为例,分析临床科研对口腔医学专业学位研究生培养的重要性,阐述“双导师制”的内涵和实施方式,为全日制口腔医学硕士研究生“双导师制”培养提供可行的思路和对策。 The quality of professional master's postgraduate education is a new and important issue in the cultivation of high-level talents.In the new era of professional teaching and standardized training of resident physicians,the tutor is an important guarantee for training qualified and homogeneous resident physicians.In the cultivation of master's degree students in stomatology,the double tutorial system is introduced in our hospital as an exploratory cultivation mode.In the new tutorial system,the master's degree students are the main body to provide strong guidance in clinical and scientific research of related majors in combination with the needs of students,so as to provide guarantee for the cultivation of students'clinical and scientific abilities.This study based on the double tutorial system in our oral medical professional degree postgraduate training mode,analysis the importance of clinical research on medical professional degree graduate education,and the connotation of"double tutorial system"as well as the way of implementation.The purpose was to provide feasible ways and countermeasures of"double tutorial system"for full-time oral medical graduate student training.
