摘要
为进一步加强城市消防安全管理,本文结合城市消防现状,并参照相关法规、标准确定了三级城市火灾风险评价指标体系。运用Delphi专家打分法,对某城市基础信息、火灾危险源、消防力量、火灾预警和社会面防控能力等方面进行量化评估,结果表明该市的火灾风险等级为Ⅱ级,属中风险。针对城市火灾风险防控的薄弱环节,给出了相应建议,对城市消防安全建设有一定借鉴意义。
In this paper,a fire risk assessment index system with three level for a city is established based on the overall situation of fire safety of the city,combining with the corresponding laws,regulations and standards. Delphi expert scoring method is used for carrying out quantitative evaluation to city’s basic information,fire hazards,fire power,fire warning and fire prevention and control ability of the index system. The results show that the city’s fire risk level is level Ⅱ,a moderate risk. Some suggestions are provided to overcome the deficiency of fire prevention and control,which will be helpful to the city’s fire safety construction.
