下党乡乡村旅游助力乡村振兴的启示

On the Enlightenment of Xiadang Township Rural Tourism for Rural Revitalization

党的十九大报告提出了“乡村振兴”的重大战略部署,并明确了具体的乡村振兴行动目标,这对我国全面建成小康社会具有重大的意义。福建省宁德市寿宁县下党乡利用当地依山伴水的自然环境和优质特色的传统产业,整合当地悠久典雅的风土人情、令人敬仰的红色文化等旅游要素发展旅游产业,逐步推动了经济的发展,实现了农户的增收;改善了基础设施,提升了乡情乡貌;缓解了民生问题,增强了文化自信;摆脱了贫困,实现了振兴。下党乡的经验表明,走乡村旅游助力乡村振兴的道路一定要坚持“组织为主,农户为辅”的指导思想,抓好“人才优先、创新就业”的有利时机,坚持“核心产业、有效引领”的发展思路,秉承“科学规划、产农结合”的发展理念。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the major strategic deployment of“rural revitalization”,and defines the objectives and requirements for specific rural revitalization actions,which is of great significance for China to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Xiadang Township,Ningde,Fujian Province,has made use of the natural environment with mountains and water,the traditional industries with high-quality characteristics,and integrated the long-standing and elegant local customs and customs,the admirable red culture and other tourism elements to develop the tourism industry.It has gradually promoted economic development,increased the income of rural households,improved infrastructure and enhanced the rural image,eased people's livelihood problems and enhanced cultural self-reliance,and lifted itself out of poverty and achieved rejuvenation.The experience of Xiadang Township tells us that we must adhere to the ideological guidance of“organization first,peasant household second”and seize the favorable opportunity of“talents first,innovation employment”in order to take the road of rural tourism to promote rural revitalization,adhere to the“core industries,effective leadership,”for deve-lopment of ideas,adhering to the“scientific planning,production and agriculture”for concept of development.
