The application of information technology can better provide support service for railway emergency command.According to the demand of emergency command in the process of railway emergency disposal and the actual situation of Huhhot group company,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing information system of emergency command center,and designs specific function module to provide theoretical basis for the research and development of emergency command center information system of railway bureau group company.
