摘要
随着全球石油能源市场波动不定,加之我国陆地石油生产量逐年减少,我国在海洋石油生产的投入不断增加。海上石油的储存是海上钻井平台产出石油的关键环节,也是对石油生产质量和防止海洋环境受到污染的重要保障。文章论述了水下储油系统设计及实施方案的研究,为我国海上石油生产开发过程中油量储存提供参考。
With the fluctuation of the global oil and energy market and the decrease of China's land oil production year by year,China's investment in offshore oil production is increasing.The storage of offshore oil is not only a key link of oil production by offshore drilling platforms,but also an important guarantee for the quality of oil production and prevention of pollution to the marine environment.This paper discusses the design and implementation scheme of underwater oil storage system,which provides a reference for oil storage in the process of offshore oil production and development in China.
