基于逆向工程的机械产品造型设计方法探析 被引量:3

摘要 随着科学技术的快速发展,智能制造逐渐成为了现代生产企业的主流,数字化设计、制造工具系统、专业定制式服务型制造等广泛应用现代化机械的生产中,对一些计算机辅助设计、辅助制造等工具的运用已经成为现代化生产设计型员工必须掌握的基本技能,然而也正是在这样一个"熟练工种"逐渐被现代化的"数据工程师"取代的背景下,基于逆向工程的机械产品造型设计制造逐渐进入了人们的视野中,并在机械生产制造中发挥了越来越重要的作用。文章就主要针对逆向工程在机械产品造型设计中的应用进行探析,为逆向工程在机械制造中的应用参考。 With the rapid development of science and technology,intelligent manufacturing has gradually become the mainstream of modern production enterprises.In the production of modern machinery,such as digital design,manufacturing tool system,professional custom-made service manufacturing and so on,the application of some computer-aided design,auxiliary manufacturing and other tools has become the basic skills that modern production design staff must master.However,it is in the context of such a"skilled work"being gradually replaced by the modern"data engineer"sword that the modeling design of mechanical products based on reverse engineering has gradually entered the people's vision,and has played an increasingly important role in the manufacture of machinery.This paper probes into the application of reverse engineering in the modeling design of mechanical products for the application of reverse engineering in mechanical manufacturing.
