摘要
相较于一般形状较为规则的零件,曲面零件的构成更加复杂,因此,如何利用普通车床来加工形状精度要求非常高的曲面零件,值得深入探讨。加工曲面槽零件,首先需要对普通车床进行技术上的结构改造,然后再按照一定的工艺流程进行加工。利用普通车床加工曲面叶片零件,则需要配备好符合技术要求的硬件,对一些操作的注意事项应引起足够重视。
