摘要
建立液液萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中的1,3,5-三氯苯,水样用正已烷萃取,无水硫酸钠脱水,旋转蒸发仪浓缩,气相色谱质谱联用仪测定。结果表明,1,3,5-三氯苯在0.02-1mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.998,检出限为0.000037mg/L,加标回收率为105.5%-112.5%,相对标准偏差为2.28%(n=6)。该方法操作简单,准确度精密度良好,适用于地表水中1,3,5-三氯苯的检测。
This paper establish a liquid-liquid extraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry analysis method to detect 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene in surface water.The water samples were extracted with n-hexane,dehydrated with anhydrous sodium sulfate,concentrated with a rotary evaporator and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.02-1 mg/L,with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.998,the detection limit of method was 0.000037 mg/L,the spiked recoveries ranged from 105.5%to 112.5%with relative standard deviation of 2.28%(n=6).The operation of method is simple,accuracy and precision were very good and were suitable for the detection of 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene in surface water.
