方家山GIS开关站接地开关的应用分析

接地刀闸机构简单,操作方便,被广泛应用在6.6kV及以上配电装置母线侧、断路器两侧、线路隔离开关的线路侧。而在方家山机组,在高压开关柜、500kVGIS开关站进线、500kVGIS开关站的三路出线等都应用了大量的接地刀。文章主要针对方家山主变高压侧增设的一组手动接地开关0GEW139JE以及500kVGIS开关站出线上的快速接地刀的应用进行分析,学习如何根据电站实际需要充分考虑设备运行安全和检修需要,并结合系统安全、可靠运行的需要,具体情况具体分析,选用合适的不同类型的接地刀闸,并且配合不同类型的联锁措施,保证地刀和相应隔离开关的连锁,确保设备检修和故障情况下人员与设备的安全,只有这样才能发挥接地开关的功能作用。

The grounding knife gate has the advantages of simple mechanism and convenient operation,so it is widely used in the bus side of the distribution equipment above 6.6kV,both sides of the circuit breaker and the line side of the line isolation switch.In Fangjiashan unit,a large number of grounding knives are used in the high voltage switchgear,the incoming line of 500kVGIS switch station and the three-way outlet of 500kVGIS switch station.This paper mainly analyzes the application of a group of manual grounding switches 0GEW139JE added on the high voltage side of Fangjiashan main transformer and the fast grounding knife on the outlet of 500kVGIS switch station,and learns how to fully consider the needs of equipment operation safety and maintenance according to the actual needs of the power station,and how to select different types of grounding switches according to the needs of safe and reliable operation of the system,and cooperate with different types of interlocking measures to ensure the linkage of the ground knife and the corresponding isolation switch,to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the case of equipment maintenance and fault.Only in this way can we play the function of grounding switch.
