中小型水库大坝安全运行与管理分析

中小型水库大坝在我国水利工程中发挥重要作用,水库大坝一旦溃坝将严重威胁下游人民群众的人身安全。基于此,文章主要分析了中小型水库大坝安全运行管理中出现的问题,有效提出建立安全监测系统、完善水库设施维修与保养等措施,旨在强化中小型水库大坝的安全管护机制,保障水库大坝安全。
