外固定术与内固定术治疗创伤性四肢骨折患者的疗效比较

Comparison of effects of external fixation and internal fixation in treatment of patients with traumatic limb fractures

目的:比较外固定术与内固定术治疗创伤性四肢骨折患者的疗效。方法:选取收治的创伤性四肢骨折患者86例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采取传统切开复位内固定术治疗,观察组采取外固定术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率和血清炎性因子指标水平。结果:观察组临床治疗优良率为95.35%,高于对照组的90.70%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的23.26%;术后去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)以及白细胞介素-1(IL-1)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外固定术与内固定术治疗创伤性四肢骨折患者疗效相当,但外固定术降低术后并发症发生率和炎性因子指标水平的效果优于内固定术治疗效果。

Objective:To compare effects of external fixation and internal fixation in treatment of patients with traumatic limb fractures.Methods:Eighty-six patients with traumatic limb fractures were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43)by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with external fixation.The clinical effects,complication rate,and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 90.70%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than 23.26%in the control group.After the surgery,the levels of norepinephrine(NE),epinephrine(E),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),and interleukin-1(IL-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:External fixation and internal fixation have similar clinical effects in the treatment of traumatic limb fractures,but external fixation is more effective than internal fixation in reducing the postoperative complication rate and the inflammatory factor levels.
