合理用药系统在静脉用药调配中心的应用

Application of Rational Drug Use System in PIVAS

目的:通过建立本院专属合理用药系统,提高审核医嘱的效率和正确率。方法:对我院2016年1月至2016年12月所有发送至静脉用药调配中心的医嘱进行分析,通过自定义审方系统拦截不合理医嘱。结果:自定义审方系统共拦截不合理医嘱665条,保证了临床合理用药。结论:静脉用物调配中心在审核医嘱时除需要合理用药监测系统,还应建立自身专属数据库,才能更全面、迅速的审核大量医嘱信息。

Objective:Improve the efficiency and accuracy of medical order examination by establishing the hospital’s exclusive rational drug use system.Methods:All medical orders sent to intravenous drug dispensing center in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were analyzed,and unreasonable medical orders were intercepted through a custom prescription system.Results:Custom prescription system intercepts 665 unreasonable medical orders,which ensures rational drug use in clinic.Conclusion:In order to examine a large number of medical advice information more comprehensively and rapidly,venous dispensing center should establish its own database besides rational drug use monitoring system.
