Opinion and possibility are two important keywords for understanding the rhetorical concept of ancient Greece.The opinion refers to the feelings and opinions of people in things,opposite to the pursuit of truth and wisdom of Plato or Socrates.Aristotle establishes the premise of rhetorical inference from the possibility in Rhetoric,which contains complex structure and content.As the basis for the construction of rhetorical discourse,opinion and possibility must be convinced by the strong argument of the aesthetic process.The evolution from opinion to possibility is also the process by which ancient Greek rhetoric gained legal status in the knowledge system.
