肾衰方联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压肾病的疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of Shenshuai recipe combined with atorvastatin on hypertensive nephropathy

目的观察肾衰方联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压肾病的临床疗效。方法 96例高血压肾病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组使用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组使用肾衰方联合阿托伐他汀治疗。观察比较两组治疗前后的尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(SCr)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)以及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组BUN、SCr、CRP、UAER水平均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组BUN、SCr、CRP、UAER水平分别为(7.02±1.84)mmol/L、(88.69±15.68)μmol/L、(5.07±1.22)mg/L、(103.23±22.34)mg/24 h,均显著低于对照组的(8.28±2.33)mmol/L、(101.63±19.57)μmol/L、(7.42±1.96)mg/L、(122.57±28.63)mg/24 h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率93.75%显著高于对照组的72.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾衰方联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压肾病的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者肾功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenshuai recipe combined with atorvastatin on hypertensive nephropathy. Methods A total of 96 patients with hypertensive nephropathy were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated by atorvastatin, and the observation group was treated by Shenshuai recipe combined with atorvastatin. The blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(SCr), C-reactive protein(CRP), urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) before and after treatment and therapeutic effect were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of BUN, SCr, CRP and UAER in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of BUN, SCr, CRP and UAER were(7.02±1.84) mmol/L,(88.69±15.68) μmol/L,(5.07±1.22) mg/L and(103.23±22.34) mg/24 h respectively in the observation group, which were significantly lower than(8.28±2.33) mmol/L,(101.63±19.57) μmol/L,(7.42±1.96) mg/L and(122.57±28.63) mg/24 h in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment 93.75% in the observation group was significantly higher than 72.92% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Shenshuai recipe combined with atorvastatin has significant clinical efficacy in treating hypertensive nephropathy. It can effectively improve the renal function of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
