摘要
目的探讨碳酸锂对不同应激状态下小鼠学习记忆的作用。方法50只小鼠分成5组,分别为对照组、生理应激组、生理应激+碳酸锂组、心理应激组和心理应激+碳酸锂组。采用避暗仪和跳台测试仪测定小鼠的学习记忆功能。结果与对照组比较,生理应激组和心理应激组的学习记忆功能明显降低(P﹤0.05),而生理应激+碳酸锂组和心理应激+碳酸锂组的学习记忆功能明显改善(P﹤0.05)。结论碳酸锂对不同应激状态下小鼠的学习记忆功能有改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of lithium carbonate on the learning and memory function of mice under different stress conditions.Methods A total of 50 mice were divided into five groups:a control group,a physiological stress group,a physiological stress+lithium carbonate group,a psychological stress group,and a psychological stress+lithium carbonate group.A darkness avoidance instrument and a platform tester were used to determine the learning and memory function of mice.Results Compared with the control group,the physiological stress group and the psychological stress group presented remarkably decreased learning and memory function(P<0.05),while the physiological stress+lithium carbonate group and the psychological stress+lithium carbonate group presented markedly improved learning and memory functions(P<0.05).Conclusions Lithium carbonate can improve the learning and memory function of mice under different stress conditions.
