2型糖尿病合并高血压患者心率减速力指标的相关探讨

Relevant study on heart rate deceleration force,continuous heart rate deceleration force and heart rate variability index in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

目的对合并患有2型糖尿病、高血压患者的心率减速力(DC)、连续心率减速力(DRs)与心率变异性(HRV)指标进行探讨,预防不良心血管事件的发生。方法选择2017年8月—2018年8月于徐州市中心医院治疗的2型糖尿病患者85例,其中41例合并高血压者为合并组,44例未合并高血压者为单纯2型糖尿病组,另选择同期在我院体检的健康人员50例,设为健康组,对比分析3组患者DC、DRs、HRV各指标变化情况。结果合并组DC、DRs、HRV各参数值均低于其他2组,其中单纯2型糖尿病组低于健康组(P<0.05);合并组DC、DRs以及HRV在猝死高、中风险的占比高于其他2组,其中单纯2型糖尿病组高于健康组(P<0.05)。结论合并患有2型糖尿病、高血压的患者不良心血管事件发生率较高,需注重防治。

Objective The heart rate deceleration force(DC),continuous heart rate deceleration force(DRs)and heart rate variability(HRV)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension were discussed.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,85 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected,of which 41 patients with hypertension were assigned to the combined group,44 patients without hypertension were assigned to the simple type 2 diabetes group.In the same period,50 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy group.The changes of DC,DRs and HRV indexes in the three groups were compared and analyzed.Results The values of DC,DRs and HRV in the combined group were lower than those in the simple type 2 diabetes group and the healthy group,and the values of these parameters in the simple type 2 diabetes group were lower than in the healthy group(P<0.05).The proportion of DC,DRs and HRV in the high and medium risk of sudden death in the combined group was higher than that in the simple type 2 diabetes group and the healthy group,and the proportion of DC,DRs and HRV in the high and medium risk of sudden death in the simple type 2 diabetes group was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusions The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension is relatively high,so attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of these conditions.
