从“教、学、管”三位一体探寻民族高校本科人才培养综合改革实施路径 被引量:6

Path to Comprehensive Reform of Undergraduate Talent Training in Ethnic Universities through the Integration of "Teaching, Learning and Management"

摘要 随着高等教育进入大众化阶段,人才培养的数量与质量问题成为各高校的热点关注问题,而民族地区高校的人才培养综合改革受限于办学定位、区域位置、教育资源等因素影响存在特殊性。通过梳理民族高校"教""学""管"三个维度的人才培养质量提升存在的困难与问题,阐述"教、学、管"三位一体人才培养综合改革的实施路径以及改革实施成效,为同类民族高校人才培养改革提供路径选择。 With the popularization of higher education, the quantity and quality of talent training has become a hot issue in colleges and universities in China. However, the comprehensive reform of talent training in ethnic areas is limited by such factors as school orientation, regional location, educational resources and so on. Through sorting out the difficulties and problems in quality improvement of talent training in ethnic colleges and universities from the three dimensions of teaching, learning and management, this paper expounds the implementation path to the comprehensive reform through the Integration of "teaching, learning and management" in talent training and its effectiveness, so as to provide reference path for the reform of talent training in colleges and universities of the same kind.
