摘要
目的探讨miR-200b及miR-200c在原发性及复发性翼状胬肉中表达差异情况。方法采用qRT-PCR检测原发性翼状胬肉组织(n=29)、复发性翼状胬肉组织(n=27)及对照组织(n=26)中miR-200b及miR-200c的表达水平。结果q RT-PCR检测结果显示,miR-200b及miR-200c在原发性翼状胬肉组织和复发性翼状胬肉组织中的表达水平均显著低于对照组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);mi R-200b及miR-200c在复发性翼状胬肉组织中的表达水平显著低于原发性翼状胬肉组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 miR-200b及miR-200c在翼状胬肉组织中的表达下调,可能是新的早期诊断复发性翼状胬肉的分子标志物。
Objective To investigate the difference expression levels of miR-200b and miR-200c in primary or recurrent pterygium. Methods The expression levels of miR-200b and miR-200c were detected through examination of excised pterygium,such as samples from primary(n=29) or recurrent(n=27) pterygium,and conjunctival tissues(control,n=26) by quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR). Results The expression levels of miR-200b and miR-200c were significantly downregulated in primary or recurrent pterygium tissues compared with conjunctival tissues(control group),respectively,there were significant differences(all P<0.001). The expression levels of miR-200b and miR-200c in recurrent pterygium tissues were significantly lower compared with those in primary pterygium tissues(P<0.001). Conclusion Both miR-200b and miR-200c are downregulated in pterygium tissues,which might be used as molecular markers of diagnosis and prognosis of recurrent pterygium in the future.
