摘要
环境内分泌干扰物(environmental endocrine disruptors,EEDs)因其可导致哺乳动物性早熟而引起广泛关注,但其机制复杂。氨基酸类神经递质可通过影响下丘脑促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotropin releasing hormone,GnRH)的释放从而发挥对性发育的调控作用。笔者拟从氨基酸类神经递质对性发育的调节、EEDs对氨基酸类神经递质的影响和EEDs影响氨基酸类神经递质的作用机制三个方面对氨基酸类神经递质在EEDs致性早熟中的作用加以综述,以期为后续EEDs对人类生殖健康影响提供研究方向和参考。
Environmental endocrine disruptors(EEDs) have attracted much attention because of their ability of causing precocious puberty in mammals.The mechanism of EEDs-induced precocious puberty is complicated. Amino acid neurotransmitters can regulate sexual development by affecting the release of gonadotropin releasing hormone in hypothalamus. In this review,amino acid neurotransmitter regulating sexual development initiation,EEDs affecting amino acid neurotransmitter and the mechanism on EEDs act on amino acid neurotransmitter were discussed,and the further research directions and ideas for better studying EEDs acted on human reproductive health were presented also.
