摘要
为选育适合机械化制种的水稻不育系,以H155S作母本、C815S与七桂B的F1代为父本进行杂交,通过自然气候条件和人工低温对育性增压选择,经过5a10代的定向培育而育成的稻米品质优、株型理想、不育起点温度低、异交习性好、配合力强的小粒型两系不育系卓201S,2016年通过海南省农作物品种审定委员会审定.通过其与大粒型父本配组,已选育出一批适合父母本混播混收机械化制种的杂交稻组合,其中卓两优581于2018年通过国家审定.
To develop male sterile lines for mechanized hybrid seed production, H155 S was used as the female parent to hybridize the F1 of the cross between C815 S and Qigui B. Through directional selection and identification of male sterility under natural conditions and artificial low temperature conditions over 10 generations in 5 years, the smallgrain type photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS) rice line Zhuo 201 S, with excellent grain quality, ideal plant type, low critical temperature of sterility, good outcrossing habits and strong combining ability, were successfully developed. It was registered by Hainan Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2016. A group of hybrid rice combinations derived from Zhuo 201 S and large-grain type male parents have been developed and are suitable for mechanized hybrid seed production. Among them, Zhuoliangyou 581 was registered and released by the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2018.
