摘要 海水中钾资源丰富,离子交换法海水富钾技术可将其进行高效的提取,对改善我国陆地钾矿资源不足的现状具有重要意义。文中对固定床海水提钾工艺进行了系统的研究,考察了原料中钾质量浓度、洗脱剂类型及质量浓度等条件对富钾效果的影响,结果表明:不同钾离子质量浓度条件下的都可实现钾的高效富集,钾提取率达50%;3种钠型洗脱剂中,硝酸钠洗脱效果最好,富钾液中钾离子峰值可达17 g/L;铵型洗脱剂效果明显优于钠型洗脱剂,富钾液中钾离子质量浓度可达70 g/L,但需增加盐水对沸石的再生操作。 The seawater is rich in potassium resources.Ion exchange technology can extract potassium from seawater efficiently,which is of great significance to improve the shortage of potassium resources in China.A fixed bed seawater potassium extraction process was systematically studied in this paper.The effects of the mass concentration of potassium,the type and mass concentration of eluents on potassium enrichment were investigated.The results show that potassium can be enriched efficiently under different mass concentration of potassium ions,and the extraction rate of potassium reaches 50%.Among the three sodium-type eluents,sodium nitrate has the best elution effect,and the peak value of potassium ion in potassium-rich solution can reach 17%.The effect of ammonium eluent is better than that of sodium eluent.The mass concentration of potassium ion in potassium-rich solution can reach 70 g/L,but it is difficult to regenerate,so it is necessary to increase the regeneration operation of brine zeolite.
