摘要
以轴手性双膦配体(S)-BINAP、(S)-SEGPHOS和(S)-MeO-BIPHEP为手性萃取剂对2-氯扁桃酸对映体进行了拆分,采用响应曲面法系统考察了萃取剂浓度、水相pH值和萃取温度对2-氯扁桃酸拆分性能的影响。实验结果表明:(S)-SEGPHOS-Cu对2-氯扁桃酸对映体具有良好的识别能力;最佳萃取条件为萃取剂浓度为2.8 mmol/L,pH 7.8,温度5.0℃;在最优条件下,萃取性能因子pf的预测和实验值分别为0.313和0.307。
Chiral diphosphine ligands,such as(S)-BINAP,(S)-SEGPHOS and(S)-MeO-BIPHEP,were used as chiral extractants to separate 2-chloromandelic acid enantiomers.The influences of extractant concentration,pH and extraction temperature on extractions were investigated.The results show that(S)-SEGPHOS-Cu has considerable ability to recognize 2-chloromandelic acid enantiomers.After optimized by response surface method,the optimal extraction condition is(S)-SEGPHOS-Cu concentration of 2.8 mmol/L,pH of 7.8,extraction temperature of 5.0℃.The predicted and experimental performance factors(p f)are 0.313 and 0.307,respectively.
