人工智能是当下图书馆界讨论的热门议题。但究竟什么是人工智能?我国人工智能的真实发展水平如何?图书馆应用人工智能技术会带来哪些风险?哪些人工智能技术能够为图书馆所用等,需要理性思考和认识。运用文献分析法发现,现阶段我国人工智能技术应用成就显著,但仍有诸多局限性,与美国等发达国家差距颇大。图书馆应用人工智能应事先进行全面评估,识别和控制好伦理与法律风险,做好应用场景分析,培养图书馆员的人工智能知识素养。

AI is a hot topic in the library field,but what exactly is it?What is the real development level of AI in China?What risks will be brought by the application of AI technology in Library?Which AI technology can be used by the library?All these questions need our rational thinking and cognition.Using the literature analysis method,it is found that although China's artificial intelligence technology application has achieved remarkable achievements at this stage,there are still many limitations,and the gap with the United States and other developed countries is quite large.Before applying artificial intelligence,libraries should conduct a comprehensive evaluation in advance,identify and control ethical and legal risks,do a good job of application scenario analysis,and cultivate librarians’knowledge of artificial intelligence.
