New International Economic Relations:Theoretical Logic and China's Contribution

随着世界经济格局的演变,国际经济旧秩序的局限性在新兴市场经济国家的发展和崛起背景下日益凸显,以合作共赢为核心、以平等为基础原则、以构建人类命运共同体为最终目标的新型国际经济关系成为国际经济秩序演进的必然趋势。作为新兴市场经济国家的典型代表,中国已经进入到由开放促进经济发展(生产力)转向促进新型国际经济关系(生产关系)构建的新阶段。中国的改革实践始终致力于在挑战中寻求机遇。对于推动构建新型国际经济关系,我国在理论引领和实践创新两个维度均做出了贡献,不仅形成了“理念-制度-路径”的系统理论体系,还在构建全球经济伙伴关系、积极参与全球经济治理以及推动国际经济秩序变革等方面取得了实践成效。

With the evolution of the world economic structure, the limitations of the old international economic order have become increasingly prominent in the context of the development and rise of emerging market economies. A new type of international economic relations with cooperation and win-win as the core, equality-based principles and the ultimate goal of building a community of shared future for mankind have become an inevitable trend in the evolution of the international economic order. As a typical representative of emerging market economy countries, China has entered a new stage which transferred from using opening up to promote economic development(productivity) to using opening up to promote the construction of new international economic relations(production relations).China’s reform practice has always been committed to seeking opportunities in the face of challenges. For the promotion of the construction of a new type of international economic relations, China has contributed to the two dimensions of theoretical guidance and practical innovation. Not only has it formed a"idea-institution-path"system theoretical system, it has also achieved practical results in building a global economic partnership, actively participating in global economic governance, and promoting changes in the international economic order.
