犬糖尿病并发症的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Diabetic Complications in Dogs

随着犬糖尿病病例的逐渐增多,该病引起临床兽医的高度重视。犬糖尿病如不及时治疗,往往导致多种并发症而危及生命。本研究对犬糖尿病并发症进行调查,通过对7237个就诊病例进行分析,确定为糖尿病的为26例,占总就诊犬数的0.36%。对犬糖尿病并发症分析显示,50%糖尿病患犬存在肝损伤,34.6%的糖尿病患犬存在不同程度肾损伤,34.6%患犬出现酮体酸中毒。此外,15.4%并发胰腺炎、15.4%并发皮肤感染、7.7%并发尿道感染也有发现。本研究调查了犬糖尿病的并发症,明确了继发的器官损伤,丰富了犬糖尿病临床表现相关数据,为更好的诊断和治疗该病提供了参考。

With the increasing number of canine diabetes cases,the disease has attracted great attention from clinical veterinarians.Dog diabetes,if not treated in time,often leads to a variety of complications and life-threatening.In this study,complications of canine diabetes were investigated.Through the analysis of 7237 cases,26 cases were determined to be diabetic,accounting for 0.36%of all dogs visited.The result showed that 50%of diabetic dogs had liver injury,34.6%had varying degrees of kidney injury,and 34.6%had ketone body acidosis.In addition,15.4%with pancreatitis,15.4%with skin infection,and 7.7%with urinary tract infection were also found.In all,this study investigated the complications of canine diabetes,identified secondary organ injuries,and enriched the clinical data of canine diabetes,providing a reference for better diagnosis and treatment of canine diabetes case.
