新型冠状病毒肺炎患者床旁超声心动图检查及远程超声会诊实施建议(第一版) 被引量:7

摘要 2019年12月湖北省武汉市出现的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)已成为全国突发公共卫生事件,已知2019新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)与我国2003年导致严重急性呼吸综合征暴发的病毒均属于同一类冠状病毒,主要导致肺组织炎症,可快速进展为急性呼吸窘迫综合征和肺功能衰竭,导致高死亡率[1]。临床发现部分COVID-19患者出现心肌损伤,有报道[1]心肌炎的发生率住院患者为12%,重症监护病房患者为32%。虽然2019-nCoV引起心肌炎的确切病理生理机制尚未完全明确,但认为"炎症风暴"是导致暴发性心肌炎的重要原因之一。暴发性心肌炎因严重心律失常、心力衰竭、心源性休克导致病情快速进展,死亡率极高,因此早期识别心肌炎对指导临床有效治疗及降低死亡率具有非常重要的意义。
