摘要
首先对减振器的换向过程及在换向过程中产生冲击的机理进行分析,然后通过减振器MTS试验台基于Ramp、Sine激励进行相关的换向冲击试验,试验结果表明,基于Ramp激励的冲击试验能较好的体现换向过程中产生的冲击。通过对比、分析换向冲击试验的F-S示功图、F-V速度曲线图,得出结论:减振器在换向时刻,出现"冲击波"、产生换向冲击。并且提出了冲击强度、冲击次数、冲击持续时间三个换向冲击的评价指标;结果表明,通过换向冲击的三个评价指标可实现对减振器换向冲击特性的评价。
At first,analyzing the process of reversing impact,and analyzing the working principle of the shock absorber on the process of reversing impact.Thinking that the shock absorber will produce reversing impact in the process of reversing.And then,testing some expeirments which related with the reversing impact and based on the incentive about Sine and Ramp on the MTS testbed.The test results show that the reversing test about the Ramp incentive can show the reversing impact clearly.By analyzing the curve of F-Sand F-V about the reversing impact test,Contrastively.Drawing a conclusion that it will produce the wave of reversing impact and reversing impact.Then,puting forward three evaluation index on the reversing impact of the automobie suspension shock absorber.The results show that:The evaluation index on the reversing impact can evaluate the impact character of the shock absorber.
