摘要
五轴联动加工中心具有高效率、高精度的特点,以某立式加工中心为研究对象,对其进行动态特性研究。建立加工中心的有限元模型并分别对其有限元模型和实体加工中心进行模态分析,得到前四阶模态的模态参数。通过两种方法结果的分析,对其有限元模型进行修正,得到较为准确的有限元模型参数。进而对实际工作条件下的加工中心进行动态特性分析,得到该工况下的模态频率和模态振型。通过对模态参数的分析找到加工中心的薄弱环节并提出相应的修改建议,为加工中心的结构优化指明方向。
Five axis machining center works with high efficiency,high precision,taking a vertical machining center as the research object,its dynamic characteristics are studied.The finite element model is established,and the modal analysis of the finite element model and the solid machining center is established respectively,modal parameters of the first four order modes are obtained.By analyzing of the results of the two methods,the finite element model is modified and the finite element model parameters are obtained.Then the dynamic characteristics of the machining center under the actual working conditions are analyzed,and we can obtainthe modal frequency and modal shape.Find the weak link of the processing center and put forward the corresponding suggestions to modify the structure of the processing center Through the analysis of the modal parameters.
