摘要 随着新能源电动汽车的发展,具有出色充、放电性能,高能量和高功率密度的锂离子电池成为当前重要发展方向之一。焊接质量的好坏决定了电池的密封性、一致性、安全性以及使用寿命等,如何提高焊接质量和效率是制约锂离子电池制造的关键因素。激光焊接作为新型焊接方法的一种,具有热影响区小、能量密度高、焊接速度快、加工精度高等优势,被广泛应用在锂离子电池焊接中。研究激光焊接锂离子电池的工艺规律以及激光焊接设备,具有重要的理论研究价值和广阔的应用前景。 With the development of new energy electric vehicles,lithium ion battery which has excellent performance of charge and discharge,high energy and high power density has become one of the important developments.Sealing,consistency,safety and service life of the battery are determined by the quality of the welding.How to improve the efficiency and quality of welding is the key factor of the lithium ion battery manufacturing.As a new welding method,laser welding has the advantages of small heat affected zone,high energy density,fast welding speed and high machining accuracy,which is widely used in the welding of lithium ion batteries.Laser welding technology of lithium-ion battery and laser welding equipment,have an important value of theoretical research and broad application.
