摘要 针对某企业仓储生产中的多AGV调度问题,采用排队论建立了仓储多AGV调度的M/M/s/Ps排队模型,综合考虑调度中的任务等待时间、AGV的数量和AGV的运行成本三个因素并结合权重系数,提出多AGV的调度目标,利用排队论分析目标函数,并运用基于遗传算法的调度策略,得出AGV的数量与平均服务数的关系,从而得到最优AGV数量和多AGV调度综合目标的最佳值。研究结果表明,得到了一种仓储AGV配置和调度的有效分析方法,并实现了多AGV数量最优配置和调度的优化。 To analyze the AGV scheduling problem in warehousing production of an enterprise,the M/M/s/Ps model of multi-AGV scheduling was established by queuing theory,and it proposed scheduling objectives of multi-AGV,considering scheduling factors-waiting time,the number of AGV and operating cost-combined weight coefficients.The queuing theory was used to further analyze the objective function,and the relationship between AGV number and average service number was obtained by scheduling strategy based on genetic algorithm.Finally,the optimal number of AGV and the best value of the multi-AGV scheduling goal was obtained.The results show that an effective method for the configuration and scheduling of storage AGV isgot,and realize the bestnumber configuration and scheduling optimization of multi-AGV.
