摘要
为了解决高瓦斯低透气性煤层的瓦斯预抽问题,采用LS-DYNA3D非线性动力学有限元分析软件对射孔弹压垮药型罩形成射流过程和侵彻煤层进行了数值模拟,分析了金属射流的形成以及侵彻煤层作用范围,侵彻深度1.4 m。并与无药型罩射孔弹侵彻煤层即切缝药卷爆破进行了对比。结果表明,侵彻深度较无药型罩射孔弹提升了250%,作用面积提升了2592%。
To solve the gas pre-drainage problem of high gas low permeability coal seam,based on LS-DYNA3 Dnonlinear dynamic finite element analysis software,the process of forming jet by perforating charge crushing shaped charge liner and penetrating coal seam is simulated.The formation of metal jet and the action range of penetrating coal seam are analyzed,and the penetrating depth is 1.4 m.The comparison is made with non-shaped charge liner penetrating coal seam.The results showed that the penetration depth increased by 250%and the active area increased by 2592%.
