皮肤科病房防控新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的应急策略

Strategy of Emergency Management for Prevention and Control Novel Coronavirus Infected Pneumonia in Dermatological Wards

2019年12月以来新型冠状病毒感染肺炎发生于武汉并迅速蔓延至全国。皮肤作为人体的第一道防线,在抗击疫情工作中皮肤科医务人员责无旁贷。为进一步做好新型冠状病毒感染肺炎预防与控制工作,有效降低新型冠状病毒肺炎在皮肤科病房的传播风险,规范医务人员的诊治程序,我们根据皮肤科病房收治的1例疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的诊治经验和新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的医院感染相关制度,特整理出皮肤科病房防控新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的应急策略。

Since December 2019, novel coronavirus-infected pneumonia emerged in Wuhan city and rapidly spread throughout China.Skin is the first line of defense to prevent infection.It is responsibility as a dermatologist to fight the novel coronavirus.In order to prevent and control the novel coronavirus, and decrease its transmission in dermatological wards, we draft the strategy for preventing and controlling the novel coronavirus infection in dermatological wards, based on our experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a suspected patient of novel coronavirus–infected pneumonia admitted to our dermatological ward and the related system of hospital infection of anti-novel coronavirus infection.
