透明细胞丘疹病1例并文献复习

Clear Cell Papulosis:A Case Report and Literatures Review

患儿女,1岁,下腹部、阴阜、双腹股沟、双腋下皮损渐增多1年。皮肤科情况:下腹部、阴阜、双腹股沟、双腋下见对称性散在分布的直径约2~5 mm的类圆形白色扁平丘疹,皮损边界清。皮损组织病理示:基底层可见数个细胞核圆形或卵圆形,胞浆丰富的透明细胞,胞体比相邻的角质形成细胞大。免疫组织化学示:透明细胞CK、CK7、CEA、EMA阳性,Melan-A阴性。诊断:透明细胞丘疹病。

A one-year-old girl presented multiple lesions on the lower abdomen,pubic area,groin and axilla for one year.Skin examination showed multiple flat-topped and well-circumscribed round hypopigmented papules on the lower abdomen,pubic area,groin and axilla,the lesions was asymptomatic and with diameter in 2~5 mm.Histopathological examination revealed clear cells in the epidermis.The clear cells stained positive for cytokeratin,cytokeratin 7,carcinomebryonic antigen,epithelial membrane antigen,but negative for Melan-A.Clear cell papulosis was diagnosed.
