硒酵母联合富马酸卢帕他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Selenium Yeast Combined with Rupatadine Fumarate in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的探讨硒酵母联合富马酸卢帕他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选择慢性荨麻疹患者64例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。观察组给予硒酵母联合富马酸卢帕他定片治疗,对照组给予富马酸卢帕他定片治疗。在0、2、4周进行随访,每次随访均由同一个研究者根据患者的瘙痒程度、风团数目、风团大小(最大风团)和每次发作持续时间进行病情评估。结果治疗结束后,观察组和对照组有效率分别为84.38%和62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有3例出现头晕,对照组有2例出现头晕,1例嗜睡,均能自行缓解,未特殊处理。结论硒酵母联合富马酸卢帕他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of selenium yeast combined with rupatadine fumarate in the treatment of chronic urticarial. Methods Sixty-four patients with chronic urticaria were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,32 cases in each group. The observation group was given selenium yeast combined with rupatadine fumarate tablets,and the control group was treated with rupatadine fumarate tablets. Follow-up was performed at 0,2,and 4 weeks. Each follow-up was evaluated by the same investigator based on the degree of itching,the number of wheals,the size of the wheal(maximum wheal),and the duration of each attack.Results After treatment,the effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 84.38% and 62.50%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were 3 cases of dizziness in the observation group,2 cases of dizziness and 1 case of sleepiness in the control group. All were able to be relieved by themselves,without special treatment. Conclusion The clinical combination of selenium yeast with rupatadine fumarate in the treatment of chronic urticaria is effective and safe.
