高压输电线路电力恢复研究

Research on power restoration of high voltage transmission lines

对高压输电线路电力恢复时的过电压校验至关重要。针对供电恢复路径恢复过程的过电压问题,从线路的分布参数特性分析了线路参数的对空充过电压的影响,针对供电恢复过程中输电线路的容升效应,分析含有分叉的多条线路恢复供电时的操作过电压和工频过电压特性;然后利用仿真软件MATLAB/Simulink建立符合实际的仿真模型,针对220、110 kV等级的输电线路型号的过电压进行大量仿真实验。最后通过MATLAB软件计算出各型号线路末端电压与线路长度的拟合函数,将该函数用于计算高压输电线路电力恢复的过电压,结合具体的例子进行论证。仿真分析及拟合方法结果表明具有良好的实用性,对电网黑启动决策优化具有重要的指导价值,为高压输电线路电力恢复的决策过程节省大量计算时间。

High-voltage transmission lines are responsible for the important task of transmitting electric energy. The research of power system restoration is an important topic to ensure the fast, safe and stable recovery of power failure areas. Therefore, it is very important to verify the overvoltage of high-voltage transmission lines during power restoration. Aiming at the problem of over-voltage in the restoration process of power supply recovery path, this paper analyses the influence of line parameters on the over-voltage caused by empty charging from the distribution parameter characteristics of lines. In view of the capacity-rise effect of transmission lines in the restoration process, the characteristics of operation over-voltage and power frequency over-voltage of multiple lines with bifurcations are analyzed when restoring power supply. Then, the simulation model is established by using the simulation software MATLAB/Simulink, and a large number of simulation experiments are carried out for the over-voltage of 220 kV and 110 kV transmission lines. Finally, the fitting function of terminal voltage and line length of each type of transmission line is calculated by MATLAB software. The function is used to calculate the over-voltage of power recovery of high-voltage transmission line, which is demonstrated with specific examples. The results show that the simulation analysis and fitting method in this paper has good practicability, and has important guiding value for the black start decision-making optimization of power grid, and saves a lot of calculation time for the decision-making process of power restoration of high voltage transmission lines.
