超细纤维合成革用水性聚氨酯的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 简要介绍了水性聚氨酯(WPU)超细纤维合成革存在的问题。指出在WPU分子中引入阳离子、非离子基团或直接将含有发色基团的染料分子接入WPU分子结构中,可有效改善水性超纤革的染色牢度与均染性。通过在WPU树脂中加入超细粉体、纳米填料、可致孔化学助剂,提高WPU膜的孔隙率;或将亲水性材料接入WPU树脂中,提高WPU膜的亲水性,均能有效提高水性超纤革的透湿透气性能。 The probl ems of water-based polyurethane microfiber synthetic leather were briefly introduced.It is pointed out that the introduction of cationic,non-ionic groups in WPU molecules or directly inserting dye molecules containing chromophore groups into the WPU molecular structure can effectively improve the dyeing fastness and leveling properties of aqueous microfiber leather.By adding ultra-fine powders,nano-fillers and pore-forming chemical additives to WPU resins,the porosity of WPU films can be improved,or adding hydrophilic materials into WPU resins can improve the hydrophilicity of WPU films,so as to effectively improve the water vapor permeability of water-based microfiber leather.
