摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚多元醇(PPG)和双羟基有机硅多元醇(UC2862)为主要原料,合成了硅改性水性聚氨酯。通过粒径分析仪、红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、接触角分析器以及X射线表面分析仪等,对硅改性水性聚氨酯胶膜的性能进行表征。结果表明:在R值不变情况下,随着聚硅氧烷含量的增加,胶膜表面能逐渐降低至14.79 mJ/m^2,胶膜热稳定性和拉伸强度先增大后减小;XPS数据表明硅元素向胶膜表面进行迁移富集,聚硅氧烷含量为8%时,Si元素迁移程度低于聚硅氧烷为2%时的胶膜。
Silicon modified waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by using toluene di isocyanate(TDI),polyether polyol(PPG)and bishydroxy-silicone polyol(UC2862)and so on.The properties of silicon-modified waterborne polyurethane films were characterized by using particle size analysis,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,contact angle analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope.The results show that when R value is constant,with the increase of the content of polysiloxane the surface energy of the film gradually de?creases,which decreases to 14.79 mJ/m^2,the thermal stability and tensile strength of the film increase firstly and then decrease.The XPS data show that the silicon element migrates and enriches to the surface of the film.When the content of polysiloxane is 8%,the migration degree of silicon element is lower than that of the film when the polysiloxane is 2%.
