摘要 轴突导向蛋白4D(Semaphorin4D,Sema4D)是轴突导向蛋白Ⅳ亚族(SemasⅣ)的重要成员之一,包括游离型及膜结合型,研究表明,其在结直肠癌患者的肿瘤生长及转移等方面有重要的生物学功能。介绍Sema4D在结直肠癌中的研究进展。
