枯草芽孢杆菌高密度发酵的研究

Study on the Fermentation Conditions of High Density of Bacillus Subtilis

文章研究了枯草芽孢杆菌进行高密度发酵的培养条件,通过对培养基中的碳源、氮源及温度、pH值进行单因素实验,确定了枯草芽孢杆菌高密度发酵的最佳条件。实验结果表明,当培养基中葡萄糖10 g/L、豆饼粉15 g/L、MnSO 40.3 g/L、NaCl 5 g/L、K 2HPO 40.3 g/L、碳酸钙5 g/L,pH值7.5,温度32℃时,枯草芽孢杆菌密度最高。

In this article,the culture conditions of bacillus subtilis for high-density fermentation were studied.The optimal conditions for high-density fermentation of Bacillus subtilis were determined by single factor experiments on carbon source,nitrogen source,temperature and pH.The experimental results showed that when the medium is glucose 10 g/L,soybean cake powder 15 g/L,MnSO 40.3 g/L,NaCl 5 g/L,K 2HPO 40.3 g/L,CaCO 35 g/L,pH 7.5,temperature 32°C,B.subtilis has the highest density.
