摘要
目前,冷分解—正浮选法是一种经典的利用卤水生产氯化钾的主要生产工艺。但在氯化钾生产过程中,原矿光卤石中氯化钾、氯化钠、硫酸钙含量的变化对提升氯化钾产品品位的影响较大,在实际生产中很难实现高品位氯化钾。文章探讨了如何通过优化生产控制提升氯化钾产品品位。
At present,the cold decomposition positive flotation process is a classical main production process of using brine to produce potassium,which has the characteristics of reliable process and simple process.However,in the production process of potassium chloride,the change of the content of potassium chloride,sodium chloride and calcium sulfate in the raw ore carnallite has a great influence on upgrading the grade of potassium chloride products,and it is difficult to achieve high-grade potassium chloride in actual production.This article discussed how to improve the taste of potassium chloride products by optimizing production control.
