Application of Chamber Pressure Filter in Brine Purification of Salt and Nitrate Industry

通过对盐硝行业中盐硝卤水成分的研究,发现不同卤水成分中钙镁含量不同。在盐硝行业中卤水净化工序产生不同性质的钙、镁泥,由此研究钙、镁泥去除装置真空转鼓过滤机和厢式压滤机的实用性。

Through the analysis and production practice,the study on the composition of salt and nitrate brine in salt and nitrate industry showed that the content of calcium and magnesium in different brine components is different,and different kinds of calcium and magnesium sludge are produced in the brine purification process in salt and nitrate industry.And then,the practicability of vacuum drum filter and chamber pressure filter in calcium and magnesium sludge removal device is studied.
