硼在炼钢过程中的冶金行为及对钢板力学性能的影响

摘要 通过理论分析与生产实验的结合,明确了硼在炼钢和精炼过程的变化规律。结果表明,铁水中硼质量分数在0.0005%~0.0150%范围内时,转炉吹炼终点硼质量分数保持在0.0004%以下,转炉冶炼过程中大部分硼被氧化进入到炉渣中,且部分炉渣随转炉下渣进入精炼炉中,导致钢中出现回硼现象。对Q345E的性能进行检测时,没有发现硼对钢材产生不利影响。 Through the combination of theoretical analysis and production experiments,the transformation law of boron in steelmaking and refining process is clarified.The results show that when the boron content in the molten iron was in the range of 0.0005%~0.0150%,the boron content at the end of the converter was kept below 0.0004%.Most boron was oxidized into the slag during the converter smelting process,and part of the slag entered the refining furnace with the converter slag,resulting in the phenomenon of boron return in the steel.The performance of Q345E was tested,and the results show that boron has no adverse effect on the properties of the steel.
