加强围手术期综合治疗在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效分析

Strengthen the role of perioperative comprehensive treatment in the operation of chronic rhinosinusitis

目的探讨加强围手术期综合治疗对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的作用。方法选取2017年2月~2019年3月具有典型临床症状和体征经CT摄片确诊,接受手术治疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者107例,加强术前1周及术后3月的围手术期综合治疗,观察其疗效。结果术后一年后,根据内镜检查鼻腔和术后鼻腔恢复情况,病情完全控制87例,病情部分控11例,病情未控9例,总有效率91.6%。结论对手术治疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者加强围手术期综合治疗具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of strengthening perioperative comprehensive treatment on chronic rhinosinusitis cases.Meths From February 2017 to March 2019,107 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis were treated by operation,who had typical clinical symptoms and signs confirmed by CT.The comprehensive treatment of perioperative period was strengthened one week before operation and three months after operation.Result AAccording to the recovery of nasal cavity by endoscopy 1 year after surgery,87 cases were under complete control,11 cases were under partial control and 9 cases were not under control.The total effective rate was 91.6%.Conclusion It makes a lot of sense to strengthen the perioperative comprehensive treatment on chronic rhinosinusitis patients.
