摘要 针对孤立海岛自然资源匮乏、专业运行维护人员缺乏等问题,设计开发了一种基于PLC-300的反渗透海水淡化工程监控系统。该系统主要从通讯网络架构、硬件配置、软件设计等方面进行阐述,同时具备实时数据采集、工艺流程监测以及维护管理等功能,对进一步提升装置运行稳定性、提高海岛供水安全性,以及促进海水淡化产业可持续发展等方面意义重大。 In order to solve the problems of the isolated island,such as lack of natural resources,lack of professional operation and maintenance personnel,developed a kind of the reverse osmosis desalination monitoring system based on PLC-300.The system is mainly described from the aspects of communication network architecture,hardware configuration,software design,etc.Along with real-time data acquisition,process monitoring and maintenance management functions.It is of great significance to further improve the operation stability of the plant,improve the safety of island water supply,and promote the sustainable development of desalination industry.
