摘要
为了明确使它隆在谷子叶片和茎秆中的残留差异及变化规律,以张杂谷10号为试材,于谷子苗期茎叶喷雾施药,分别于2 h、8 h、12 h、1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d、28 d随机取样,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法、外标法定量进行测定,分析苗期喷施使它隆后不同时间谷子叶片和茎秆中的残留变化。结果表明,在2 h^3 d的时间范围内,谷子叶片中使它隆的残留量明显高于茎秆,分别是茎秆中残留量的14.9、10.7、9.9、8.9、2.2倍;在7~28 d内,谷子叶片和茎秆中使它隆的残留量差异不显著。因此,在施药后2 h^7 d的时间段取样进行前处理时,应该将叶片与茎秆尽量混匀,分别等量称取。
To clarify the residual difference and change rule of fluroxypyr in the leaves and stems of millet,Zhangzagu 10 was used as the test material to spray and apply spray the stems and leaves of millet seedlings at 2 h,8 h,12 h,1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d and 28 d,respectively.High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and external standard method were used to analyze the residual changes in leaves and stems of millet plants at different time after spraying.The results showed that in the time range of 2 h-3 d,the fluroxypyr residues in the leaves of millet were significantly higher than that in the stems,which were 14.9,10.7,9.9,8.9,2.2 times of those in the stems,respectively.In the time range of 7-28 d,the differences of fluroxypyr residues in the leaves and stems of millet were not significant.Therefore,in the period of 2 h-7 d after application of the medicine,the leaves and stalks should be mixed evenly as much as possible and weighed equally.
