摘要 为了解六堡茶的抗旱机制,选育优良抗旱品种,以六堡茶群体种扦插苗为材料,采用水培法研究不同浓度(0、0.5%、1.0%、1.50%)PEG胁迫对六堡茶生理指标的影响。结果表明,随着PEG浓度的增加,六堡茶叶片中的MDA含量持续上升;叶片中3种抗氧化保护酶(POD、CAT、SOD)的活性均呈先上升后下降的变化趋势;叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素a+b的含量均呈先上升后下降的变化趋势;渗透调节物质中,可溶性糖含量呈持续上升的变化趋势,而可溶性蛋白含量则是呈先升后降的变化趋势。相关性分析表明,叶绿素含量与POD、SOD活性呈显著正相关(P<0.05),POD活性与CAT、SOD活性呈显著正相关(P<0.05),CAT活性与SOD活性呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。 To promote the development of Liupao Tea industry,to select and breed excellent varieties of Liupao Tea with drought resistance,and explore the changes of relevant physiological indexes of Liupao Tea under drought stress and the adaptation mechanism of drought resistance,the paper took the cutting seedling of Liupao Tea group species as material,and adopted hydroponic method,to study the the effects of PEG stress of different concentrations(0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%)on physiological indexes of Liupao Tea,so as to understand its adaptation mechanism to drought.The results showed that with the increase of PEG concentration,MDA content of Liupao Tea continued to increase;the activity of three kinds of antioxidant protective enzymes(POD,CAT,SOD)all increased first and then decreased,the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b increased first and then decreased.In osmotic regulators,the soluble sugar content continuously increased,while the soluble protein content increased first and then decreased.The correlation analysis showed that chlorophyll content was significantly positively correlated with POD activity and SOD activity(P<0.05),POD activity was significantly positively correlated with CAT activity and SOD activity(P<0.05),and CAT activity was extremely significantly positively correlated with SOD activity(P<0.01).
