天津市合作社供给农业社会化服务的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Agricultural Socialized Service Provided by Cooperatives in Tianjin

采用问卷调研和实地访谈相结合的方法,以天津市67家合作社为对象,从合作社的领办形式、行业分布、社员规模以及提供农业社会化服务的形式、主要内容入手,分析了合作社在生产过程中提供社会化服务的基本情况;从合作社农业社会化服务意识不强、农业社会化服务的内容和能力有限及政策环境因素制约等3个方面开展定性分析,阐述了天津市合作社供给农业社会化服务的影响因素;并从3个方面提出相应的对策建议:进一步规范合作社发展、全面提升合作社的服务水平和能力、为合作社发展提供良好社会环境。

The paper adopted the method of combining questionnaire survey and field interview,and took 67 cooperatives in Tianjin as the research object.It analyzed the form of cooperatives,the distribution of industries,the scale of their members,and the forms and main contents of providing agricultural socialization services.And the paper expounded the influencing factors of agricultural socialization service provided by Tianjin cooperatives,three aspects were discussed,which were weak sense of service,limited content and capacity,and restriction of policy environment.In the end,the paper gave suggestions on further standardizing the development of cooperatives,improving the service level and capacity of cooperatives and creating a good social environment for cooperatives.
